Kimberlite Homes stands behind its warranty, we believe your home should stand the test of time. Our quality and craftsmanship are second to none in our market, with that in mind we know that kinks and issues do occur and we're here to help. To ensure we provide the best possible customer service, all homes have been enrolled in 2-10’s Frontline Warranty program. This program is designed to put your warranty at the top of our list and ensure you have a great customer service experience with any claim.

For non-emergency claims, please submit through the 2-10 Home Owner Portal; this information along with how to register is in your Kimberlite Homes Closing Package. Warranty Claims may also be submitted over the phone to 1-800-811-8787; or via email to flws@2-10.com.
